Neighborhood Housing Services of South Florida is seeking a volunteer to assist our Residential Mortgage Lending department. Please see the list of potential duties below:
- Print and review incoming Pre-approval packages for completeness and accuracy of documentation
- Provide feedback to Borrowers of missing items.
- Put files in order to be reviewed by Director
- Prepare "Lender Pre-approval package" gather requested information, complete a file for submission to Director for approval
- Prepare closed loan files for sale
- Prepare Servicing files on all closed loans based on checklist provided
- Prepare and send verifications to employers, landlords and banks on loans in process
- Insure that all files are reviewed with feedback within 24 hours of receipt
- Other duties as assigned
- Working with internal staff and customers in a positive manner
