Want to hone your office skills and build your resume'? Need to brush up on things? Just want a reason to get out of your pajamas and out of the house? We have two volunteer opportunities in our office for the right person(s) to become part of our team.
Duties include filing, archiving records, processing medical record requests, following up on referrals, assembling packets, mailing newsletters, answering phones, as well as other projects. Full training is provided. We also welcome your skills and input as a valuable part of our team!
We are looking for someone who can commit to at least 4-8 hours a week for at least 4 months. We will work around your schedule and take what time you are willing to give us. If you're interested in helping support our frail seniors indirectly by helping out in our office, then please e-mail our Volunteer Coordinator, Elsje Bos, at ebos@healthcollaborative.org (No phone calls, please.)
Please note: Due to your accessibility to confidential information, you will be required to have your fingerprints livescanned after a brief interview. There will be no charge to you to have this clearance done.
