We are planning an exciting event and need your help! October 2nd at Meydenbauer Center in Bellevue, we will be holding our Hope Starts Here Breakfast! Attorney General Rob McKenna and his wife, Marilyn, are honorary chairs; Jean Enerson, KING 5 News is emcee and Janine Latus is our Keynote Speaker. We have many VIPs and Community Leaders attending this year! We need your support to make it a huge success. Funds raised on will benefit the many families and children in critical need in our shelters and programs.
Volunteer positions include:
- Greeters
- Registration
- Setup
- Break down
- Pack up
There are 2 time slots available:
- October 1st 5:00pm-7:00pm
- October 2nd 6:30am-10:am
Day of event volunteers get admission to the Breakfast.

Our mission is to end domestic violence by changing individual, institutional and societal beliefs, attitudes and behaviors that perpetuate it. To achieve this we will work with the community to:
- PROVIDE services in East and North King County to people who have experienced physical, emotional or sexual abuse
- PREVENT domestic violence through advocacy, education and support.
Description
LifeWire offers a wide range of shelter and community programs. We provide services that help domestic violence victims free themselves from abuse. We educate our community about domestic violence.
