Your volunteer efforts bring passion, energy, and resources to the walks, which provide priceless support to the over 8,000 Arizonans living with MS. Invite your family members, friends, and colleagues to volunteer with you and become part of the movement doing something about MS!
East Valley WALK MS- October 25, 2013- Desert Breeze Park
660 North Desert Breeze Blvd., Chandler, AZ 85226
Pre-Event Volunteer - sort T-Shirts, set up tables, chairs, banners, tents, etc.
Day-of Setup Volunteer - Unload supply vehicle and place equipment and supplies into designated areas. Volunteers will also assist with the setup of equipment such as tents, tables, chairs and rest stops according to site plan
Parking Volunteer - Help direct participants where to park at the event and direct them from parking to the Walk MS site.
Volunteer Check-In Volunteer - Check in volunteers and direct them to their volunteer assignments.
Participant Check-In / Registration Volunteer - Check in participants, follow registration procedures, distribute incentives, collect pledges and provide instructions to participants
T-Shirt Distribution - T-shirts for those walkers who have raised $100 or more.
Cheerleaders - Cheer, thank, pass out medals, and recognize Walk MS participants as they cross the finish line.
Rest Stop Volunteer - Provide refreshments and information for Walk MS participants as they walk the route.
Clean-up volunteers - Assist w/ clean-up/tear down after walk

The gathering place for people with MS, their family and loved ones, healthcare providers, volunteers, donors, fundraisers, advocates, community leaders and all those that seek a world free of MS. A place to connect and take action. In order to change the world, we mobilize all possible human and financial resources to achieve results.
