Training Futures/Manassas is looking for volunteers who can come to speak on Friday afternoons to students attending this 6-month workforce development program. The Speaker Series Presenter shares their own professional journey with the class so trainees can learn how successful professionals got their start and what paths they traveled over their career to recognize success. This inspires trainees and helps them believe they can be successful too. Volunteers can feel good knowing they are inspiring others to transform from timid students to confident professionals.
