Training Futures/Manassas is in need of volunteers who can assist trainees attending this 6-month workfoce development program practice their English speaking skills. The ESL Conversation Mentor works with individuals and small groups so trainees learn how to successfully and confidently speak in a professional work environment, an invaluable skill for future employment. Volunteers can feel good watching trainees gain confidence in speaking English and transform from timid students to confident professionals.
