Training Futures/Manassas is in need of volunteers to be Classroom Mentors to trainees who are attending the 6 month program. The Classroom Mentor provides assistance to trainees before, during and after their training day to ensure trainees get the individualized support necessary to successfully complete the program and secure sustainable employment. Volunteers can feel good watching trainees transform from timid students to confident professionals.
