Volunteers go directly into our partnered facilities, multiple opportunities in Macomb, Oakland and Wayne County
If you have a dog that is well-mannered, healthy, over one year of age and comfortable around people, you may be interested in joining our Beaumont Hospice Pet Therapy Program! Dogs must be certified with Therapy Dogs International, possess a current dog license for your city and the handler must complete all orientation, training and on-boarding requirements.

Description
Beaumont Hospice is a joint venture between Alternate Solutions Health Network (ASHN) and Beaumont Health, serving the counties of Macomb, Oakland, Wayne and parts of Monroe. Hospice is a special way of caring for individuals with life-limiting illnesses, providing comfort and support to the patients and their families. Hospice helps patients to live their final days in dignity, comfort, and peace.
