The White Horse Youth Ranch is looking for highly organized volunteers to assist us with office projects. Please note that we are a Christ-centered organization and we will not discriminate against anyone based on their personal beliefs and ideologies. Please consider spending some of your time with us in the office as we strive to fulfill the mission of our organization. **These projects typically do not require any heavy lifting**.

Description
WHY Ranch offers a free specialized Equestrian Education program called "Diamonds in the Rough" which provides Socially-Challenged youth an opportunity to experience the Wild West heritage of Las Vegas. Our one child - one horse environment is tailored for each child’s specific needs. Our "Diamonds in the Rough " Program reaches out to children 8-18 years of age in Clark County, NV, by providing an enriching environment where they can learn new life skills such as proactive problem solving and resolution to adversity in their daily lives.
At WHY Ranch, children are transformed through deliberate mentorship and learn respect, empathy and acceptance, ultimately empowering and inspiring children to become responsible and contributing citizens in their families and communities.
WHY Ranch program offers a positive alternative to negative influences that may exist in a child's life.
