Horses need lovin'. Some of the rescues come to PRR with injuries such as broken ankles. These horses need ice and wraps. Some horses need medicine on a daily basis. All horses need a good brushing, fly spray, a clean stall, and nice turnout. They need good food, clean water, a bath, and exercise.

Peaceful Ridge Rescue has brought in dozens of horses, and found good homes for the forgotten ones. A lot of the rescues come to Peaceful Ridge forgotten, abandoned, injured, or some combintion. These gracious creatures demand a lot of care!
