At HALO our mission is to Help Animals Live On through increased adoption, sterilization and pet care education.
There is a lot of paperwork and clerical work that comes along with it, and HALO has an excellent opportunities for you to volunteer and help us with not only the face to face interactions with potential adopters, but also with some of the more behind the scenes type of things. Some of the tasks that the Customer Service team is in charge of are
-Answering incoming phone calls and inquiries
-Assisting with general questions from potential adoptors about the pets
-Processing adoptions in the system
-Processing dog licence transfers
-Filing, shredding, and paperwork creation
-Assisting the customer service staff with data entry
