Como Park/Falcon Heights Living at Home Block Nurse Program is currently seeking volunteers to help our seniors remain in their homes. Volunteers like you strengthen communities and the lives of our community elders. We provide high quality training, CPR and First Aid Certification.
Opportunities Include:
Transportation (to and from medical appointments within a 10 mile radius)
Friendly Visits
Spring and Fall Yard Work
Teaching Fall Prevention Mobility Exercises
Holiday and Birthday Visits
Community Outreach
Office Support

Description
Our main goal is to keep our community seniors living in their homes. We organize and lead exercise programs, caregiver relief services, in-home nursing visits, volunteer drivers and friendly visitors are among the services we provide. We work in the Como Park and Falcon Heights community.
