We are looking for a few friendly volunteers and their specially-trained aminals, who have been certified as therapy animals, to make weekly visits. Is your pet well-socialized, calm, and friendly? Cats and dogs are most common, but other animals may be considered.

Our patients, who are at the end of life's journey, would LOVE to spend a little time with your pet and you get to share the joy of your pet with others in need. It's a win-win. Our volunteers visit patients in their homes or elder-care facilities all over the DFW area. Volunteers are matched to patients and elder-care communities near them.

Direct patient training is provided in our Flower Mound office. The next training session will take place on Friday, February 16 from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. at 700 Parker Square Rd. in Flower Mound. During training, you will learn all about hospice philosophy and our care and what to expect on your visits. We've got a GREAT team and would love for your and your dog to join us.
