NVFS needs volunteers at the loading dock of the SERVE Hunger Resource Center to help with accepting and weighing donated food, sorting incoming food, separating large quantity foods into family-sized portions and assembling USDA bags. Volunteers must be at least 16 years old (under 16 must volunteer with a parent), be able to stand for long periods of time and do some lifting.
Weekdays, 9-12 & 1-4 (10am-2pm best time frame); Saturday 9am-12pm
