AmeriCorps positions 2015-2016

Full Life Care’s AmeriCorps team focuses on HEALTHY FUTURES, and VOLUNTEER RECRUITMENT. The AmeriCorps Project addresses a constellation of challenges associated with social isolation. We do this by placing AmeriCorps members in positions throughout a network of services for older adults and adults with disabilities at Full Life Care, Senior Services, SHAG and Alzheimer's Association.

AmeriCorps members facilitate one-on-one and group activities, and outreach efforts that engage individuals in effective, evidence-based programs that promote health, wellness, and independence through increased physical activity and social connection.

Term from September 1, 2015-July 15 2016.

Benefits include $1195 monthly stipend, health coverage, and $5730 education award at completion of service.
