It's that time of year again! The Hy-Vee Triathlon is here!
Volunteer for this one of a kind fun opportunity to get involved and watch a unique sporting event!
How can You help? There are many opportunities to get involved. You may help with set up/tear down, registration, water stations, securing the course, parking etc. No Matter what your ability is, there is a way for you to be involved!
When can You help? We are looking for volunteers the days of August 25th through September 1st! The volunteer link below has days/times/descriptions of the different opportunities.
How do You sign up? You have two options to register, either way please let Tiffany know you signed up. Register directly at
http://www.hy-veetriathlon.com/community/Volunteers.aspx OR contact Tiffany (515-243-4660) (stateoffice@varietyiowa.com) and she will work directly with you on the various volunteer positions. Don't forget to mark "Variety" as your company/organization.

Description
Variety- the Children's Charity of Iowa is dedicated to improving the lives of underprivileged, at-risk, critically ill and special needs children throughout the state. Since the inception of the Telethon in 1975, Variety has raised more than $100 million to support the children of Iowa.
Variety is making a better future for our community by connecting people who care to programs that enable children to reach their full potential. Variety is helping create opportunities for children to fully share in the experiences of life.
Variety provides funding to non-profit children’s organizations for tangible items such as building expansions and renovations, equipment, programming needs and more. Our Kids on the Go! program provides Variety Vans to children’s organizations; bikes, helmets and locks to children who have never enjoyed their own bike; and specialized bikes for children with special needs. All children should have the opportunity to experience a playground, which is why Variety is working with Iowa communities to provide all-inclusive playgrounds for children with and without special needs.
