Grace Hospice is currently seeking volunteers to add to their Tuck-in Team. These volunteers will make weekly phone calls to our patients' homes checking to be certain they have what they need for the weekend. Calls will be made on a weekly basis, on Thursday, from our office in Middleburg Heights. Training will be provided.

Description
Grace Hospice cares for patients whose medical conditions are not responding to treatment or for those patients who choose to not seek aggressive medical care at the end stage of life. Hospice focuses on comfort care rather than curative care. The goal of hospice is for patients to remain as comfortable and pain-free as possible in their own home or the home of a loved one through the end of life. Care can also be provided in a long-term care facility or an assisted living facility.
