Help us create quality of life for Hospice patients in the East Moline and Silvis area. We are looking for compasionate people to visit patients once a week. If you enjoy talking with people, can read a book, listen to music, watch your favorite teams play or talk about farming in the good old days you can visit a hospice patient.

Mission Statement
The mission of Heartland Hospice is to provide quality hospice care to clients with a limited life expectancy, as well as support to their caregivers. The quality of life for those we serve is enhanced through palliative and specialized supportive care designed to meet the physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs of the clients and caregivers. Hospice care is provided by an interdisciplinary team. Care is provided to clients either in their own home or extended care facility; working cooperatively with area health providers and other community resources. Heartland Hospice strives to provide care to all who are eligible and need hospice care irrespective of ability to pay.
