We have a wonderful courtyard space where our seniors enjoy sitting and spending time outdoors. We have a raised flower garden and several areas where there are flowering bushes and plants. We also have outdoor patio tables and furniture in the courtyard. We are looking for a volunteer(s) who could help us keep this area clean and free from debris and overgrown weeds. Once a week, we would like the area swept, the patio table and chairs wiped off, and some light weeding and cleanup done around the gardens. This would really help us out because the seniors really enjoy the short amount of time that we get to spend outdoors in Minnesota and we want to make sure that the courtyard is ready to go at all times!

Description
Homestead at Coon Rapids is an Assisted Living home for seniors. The seniors live in their own apartments and receive services based on their individual needs. We provide help with health and medical issues, housekeeping, daily cares, finance and leisure.
