(EHd513a) Do you have an ability to take on a variety of tasks with a desire to help others? Then Edna's Haven, a partnership between the Trinity Lutheran Church and the Mental Health Association of Morris County, needs you! As a volunteer assistant, you will help Edna's Haven staff and guests with their day to day needs. The position could be one or two days per week from 12:30 to 4:00 pm. Your ability to be flexible with daily tasks needed is a plus.

Description
VMC provides volunteer opportunities for individuals and groups of all ages through our affiliation with over 500 not-for-profits, schools and government entities. VMC goes beyond matching to educating volunteers. Professional development is offered to volunteer managers, agency boards, and individuals wishing to serve on a not-for-profit board of directors. Business partnerships enable us to assist them in planning and executing volunteer projects. In addition, outreach and senior services are offered through friendly visiting and telephone reassurance programs.
