Mission Statement
Mission: To increase the organized capacity of people to care for one another Vision: A safe nurturing community where all families can thrive United Way is a volunteer-directed nonprofit organization operated by trained staff that promotes volunteerism, raises funds to address important health and human service issues and insures the money donated is used in the most efficient, and effective manner possible. United Way volunteers research the needs of our community, inform the community of those needs and make sure United Way dollars are distributed to programs that best address those issues.

United Way of Saginaw County collaborates with local businesses and nonprofits to ensure people facing educational, financial or health crises are easily connected to resources for their situation. United Way of Saginaw County coordinates the following community impact programs
