Strong organization skills and the ability to work well with others are key qualifications to be a Site Manager for Volunteer Management Centers (VMC's) Telephone Reassurance Program, which helps alleviate loneliness and isolation in the homebound senior community. As a Site Manager for our Pompton Plains location, you will compile monthly schedules, update and maintain client records, complete and send monthly statistics and reports to the Outreach Coordinator/Director, and notify VMC office of changes in status of any client. Other responsibilities include: assigning client callers and maintaining calling schedules; keeping client confidentiality; attending Outreach volunteer meetings; maintaining Call Count and Log Sheets; notifying VMC of any crisis or potential crisis involving client. Orientation/training sessions provided and required. 1-2 hours per week. 2 references required. Become a Site Manager for VMC's Telephone Reassurance Program and help improve the quality of life for a homebound senior.
