The Oregon Jewish Museum seeks a qualified intern to assist the Program Coordinator with curriculum development.
The OJM Education program provides cultural enrichment for young people in an environment that nurtures inquisitive minds. Grounded in the diverse history, art and culture of both the Jews of Oregon and the Jewish experience nationally, educational programs incorporate a wealth of on-site and off-site museum resources providing a dynamic teaching and learning experience for K-12 students.
We are currently seeking an intern with an interest in museum education. In close collaboration with the Program Coordinator and the Education Advisor, the intern will work on designing, developing and implementing K-12 curricula that meets and supports state standards in language arts and social studies.
Internship can be extended depending on desire and performance.
