POSITION PURPOSE:
To provide support to the Mobile Collections Department by welcoming donors to the mobile blood drive and keeping track of scheduled and unscheduled appointments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Greet & sign in donors as they arrive for their donations.
2) Provide the donor with any information that they need to read before donating.
3) Keep a tally of the number of donors present to donate.
4) Keep a tally of donors that keep their appointments.
5) Keep a tally of how many donors walk-in without having a scheduled appointment.
REPORTS TO:
Mobile Blood Drive Charge Person
HOURS OF WORK:
Sunday - Saturday, hours vary
