Volunteers needed to provide support and assistance to hospice patients and their families as requested. Activities vary and may include staying with the patient, providing personal care, doing light housekeeping, fixing meals, running errands and providing emotional support. Included in our Direct Patient Volunteer Pool are those volunteers with special talents they are willing to offer. Hair Dressers, Massage Therapists, Manicurists are all encouraged to call and find out about providing these services to our patients and their loved ones. We also need the support of volunteers able to speak a second language. Volunteers are expected to attend Support Meetings twice a month.
