Bring your positive attitude, ability to work with a diverse group of people and your strong organizational skills to Homeless to Independence and make a difference in our fundraising events. Responsibilities may include selling raffles, set-up, greeting and check-in, team support, as well as clerical and general office support. Maybe be weekdays, evenings, and possible weekends. Location will vary depending upon event. Minimum age of 18.

Description
VMC provides volunteer opportunities for individuals and groups of all ages through our affiliation with over 500 not-for-profits, schools and government entities. VMC goes beyond matching to educating volunteers. Professional development is offered to volunteer managers, agency boards, and individuals wishing to serve on a not-for-profit board of directors. Business partnerships enable us to assist them in planning and executing volunteer projects. In addition, outreach and senior services are offered through friendly visiting and telephone reassurance programs.
