In school, I am on the voluntary paramedic team and I am also the class representative for a second year. I play basketball in a local sports club and also enjoy other sports, like skiing and swimming. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, attending basketball games, playing soccer with friends, and riding my bicycle. I’m also interested in technology and watching formula 1 and motor sports on TV. "

A little bit about International Experience USA (iE-USA):
iE-USA is a non-profit student exchange organization that is approved by the US Department of State and fully listed with the Council on Standards for International Educational Travel.
Our students are between the ages 15-18, and originate from Germany, Spain, Austria, Italy, Thailand, and more. Our young adventurers need host families and a safe, caring environment while they attend an American high school for one or two semesters. Traditional and non-traditional families including retired couples, young couples, domestic partners, singles, multi-generational families, etc. are encouraged to apply as hosts.
Host families provide a private or a shared bedroom (with host sibling of the same gender) and three meals a day. Exchange students cover their own personal expenses and medical insurance.

Description
iE-USA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit educational exchange organization that was founded in 2002. We are devoted to building and strenghthening relationships and understanding among the people of the world and believe that learning about other cultures, languages, and customs is the best way to eliminate fears and prejudices. We pride ourselves on providing individual care and direct support to our exchange students, host families, local schools, and iE team members, and we are certified by the Council on Standards for International Educational Travel (CSIET).
