Here are a few of the faces of our scholars. Join us as we honor a whole new set of them on May 17th!

We're looking for about 20 QUALIFIED volunteers to help us put on our 13th annual Mayor's Gala on Saturday, May 17th! It's a fun night of festivities for our new 2014 scholars! We'll have entertainment, food, a red carpet,and more!

We need people who can potentially oversee areas and small teams, since we'll be doing this in a large auditorium with 1000 people in attendance!

If you have volunteered before, have a white shirt and dark pants, can be on time (4PM-8:30PM), enjoy people, and think this would be fun, contact us!

Volunteer orientation is SATURDAY, May 10th at 9AM at the location. If you cannot make it, but still think you have what it takes, I can schedule a call with you before our event.

Possible Assignments:

VIP Reception area and Rest-Room control

VIP Check In

Scholar Check In

Parking Assistance

General Admittance Entrance

Auditorium Usher

Guest Information

Other
