Join us as we take our love for the homeless to the streets - literally! Once a month we gather volunteers and supplies and take our love for the homeless into camps all around Pittsburgh. Volunteers will meet at LIVING Ministry's office to break into groups which will then visit various tent and bridge communities. While the homeless have many different needs, it is our passion to help alleviate their greatest need; the need for relationship. Sharing a few hours of conversation with the men and women who are so often ignored can make a big impact! Put your people skills, sense of adventure, and compassion to work - join us on our next street outreach! We meet every THIRD Saturday from 9am-1:30pm. We hope to see you around!

Description
L.I.V.I.N.G. Ministry is a Christian non-profit organization that ministers to the homeless and needy in Pittsburgh, PA. We recognize the saving grace that Jesus Christ has brought us, and seek to share that with the weakest and often most vulnerable population in our society: the homeless. We are determined to be Christ's hands and feet by meeting the homeless where they are, and restoring the dignity and self-worth that they have in Christ.
