Any Baby Can is a non-profit in San Antonio, TX that has been serving families raising a child with a special medical need, chronic illness or developmental delay, since 1982. One of the services offered at Any Baby Can is a parent training class for families that have a child with autism. We allow families to bring their children with them as we will offer child supervision. This is where we need your help. We are always in need of volunteers to help us supervise kids with autism and their siblings, every Thursday evening from 6:15pm-8:15pm. We also need volunteers for child supervision on Monday nights from 5:15pm-7:15pm. (Quarterly Saturday Volunteer Opportunities available too)

Mission Statement

Any Baby Can believes that the child can be saved without losing the family. Any Baby Can of San Antonio is a non-profit agency and all services are provided free of charge - regardless of income - to families who have a child birth through 17 years of age with a chronic illness, disability, developmental delay or health risk. The child must reside in Bexar, Atascosa, Bandera, Blanco, Caldwell, Comal, Edwards, Frio, Gillespie, Gonzales, Guadalupe, Hays, Kendall, Kerr, Kimble, Medina, Real, Uvalde or Wilson County.

Description

Volunteers may work in office and off site. Tasks may involve being with children or with public in outreach activities.
