Volunteers needed to visit with hospice patients. No healthcare experience needed. Our volunteers sit bedside with patients to offer comfort and companionship. Play some music, bring your pet, watch tv or just sit quietly so patients know they are not alone. Visit for 1 hour each week based on your schedule - you choose the day and time.

Description
Transitions Hospice provides end of life care to patients and their families. Patients receive comfort care provided by a team of skilled nurses, aids, social workers, chaplains and volunteers.
