- As a member of our "Hospice Care Team", you will have the opportunity to provide much needed support and compassion by visiting hospice patients and their family members in their homes, nursing facilities, and/or board & care residences.
- Our volunteers learn how to be great partners with their new friend and the "Hospice Care Team" and that the most needed thing is your care and loving presence.
- All it takes is that first phone call to get more information on becoming a Companion Hospice volunteer member on our "Hospice Care Team".
- Orientation and Training will be provided free-of-charge--call to get more information.
- Duties may include, but not limited, relief support for caregivers, spiritual care, socialization, diversarial activities, and/or errands, and much more.
- We serve patients all over the Mesa/Tempe/Scottsdale/Chandler and we need volunteers in those areas, too! Volunteers will be assigned to patients in their geographical area.

- All our staff, including, our volunteers, receive intensive orientation and training, so that they are better equipped to assist our patients.
- Companion Hospice has several offices in the Los Angeles, Orange, and Riverside counties; plus our newest office in Mesa, Arizona.
- We are Medicare Certified, State Licensed, and JCAHO Accredited.
