OC Hospice is looking for compassionate, caring volunteers to help with the following: Provide Companionship - Visit Patients in Their Homes, General Help w/ Activities of Daily Living, Providing Caregiver Relief, Preparing Light Meals & Snacks, Offering Help w/Eating, Providing Ceritifed Pet Therapy, Sharing Art and/or Music, Sharing Your Own Hobbies and Interests... Household Chores: Gardening, Laundry, Shopping & Running Errands, Light Chores.
Hospice Volunteers are personally rewarded when they see that their sacrifices of time, energy and compassion are appreciated and make so much of a difference to our patients and their families. In addition, they experience an increased meaning and purpose in their own lives.

OC Hospice provides quality of life and comfort for patients with life-threatening illnesses. We are a team of caring professionals working to maintain the dignity of our patients and their families. Our staff provides hands on care and are skilled in pain management.
Our hospice team consists of experienced nurse, aides, social workers, chaplains and volunteers who provide compassionate physical, emotional, and spiritual support for terminally ill patients and their families. With the help of our hospice team, you and your loved ones can spend the remaining time living with the dignity and respect you deserve.
