Build trusting relationships with teens serving as a mentor. Encourage youth to challenge themselves and grow as leaders among their peers and within the community. Promote positive behavior among youth. Teens in the program are from low-income families and can benefit from additional positive adult role models in their lives.
This volunteer will work directly with staff to plan activities for the youth club and will transport the club members (if or when needed) using the IOCP van.
Volunteers of all races, ethnicities and genders are encouraged to apply!
