Feed feral & abandonded cats. We provide the food, you provide the leg work.
Trapping: Kitten season is here. Help us trap these precious babies so we can find them homes (their mom and dad too).
Vet driver: drive the cats between the vet and the shelter.
Shelter cleaning & socializing: sweep, scoop litter, wash cat dishes, etc. After clean-up is done, stay to pet, groom & love the cats.
Fundraiser: Can you research/write grants? We need help finding money to pay the vet bills.

About SAFER
Location:
PO BOX 1531, HAMPTON, NH 03843, US
Mission Statement
To humanely trap, neuter and medically clear, release or place those cats that are deemed to be homeless, always improving the quality of life for the cats in our care. To develop and administer programs that will both educate the public and meet the needs of the homeless cats, thus making the NH Seacoast cats SAFER.
Description
SAFER was organized in 1998 by a group of caring residents and business owners. SAFER is a non-profit organization, staffed entirely by unpaid volunteers, funded exclusively through donations, and dedicated to the well-being of feral and homeless cats and kittens left abandoned in the New Hampshire Seacoast area.
SAFER has trapped and/or neutered and vetted over 2,500 cats in the Seacoast area since 1998. It has been estimated that a single pair of breeding cats and their offspring can produce over 400,000 cats in 7 years. How many roaming and unwanted cats has SAFER helped to prevent!
