Dynamic, committed volunteers needed to facilitate six-week workshops-"Healthy Living Up 2 Me"- the Stanford University Chronic Disease Self-Management workshops. This is a remarkable opportunity to help people living with a chronic condition or a caregiver of someone with a chronic condition. Qualified volunteers will participate in a week long, extensive training program and can commit to teaching a minimum of three, six-week workshops a year throughout the Southern Nevada Community. Volunteers who have a health education background or live with a chronic condition are ideal candidates to facilitate this program.
