We are looking for a Volunteer Accounting Associate. Below are the duties for the volunteer accounting associate this summer

  • Reconcile Emergency Assistance data and those provided by the accountant.
  • Prepare monthly statements for client services program to be included in financial information submitted to Executive Director
  • Compile, review and prepare schedules for monthly report for housing grants.
  • Compile data and prepare various reports as needed.
  • Compare Emergency Assistance invoices to client services data prior to approval for payment.
  • Investigate questionable MAM client financial data and correct discrepancies

We offer programs enabling long-term financial self-sufficiency, assist families facing financial crisis avoid homelessness, ensure children an improved school experience, facilitate client access to other support networks, and provide value to our member congregations and the community.
