Be a Hospice Volunteer and bring your dog! A visit from a friendly dog might be the highlight of a hospice patient's day. Visit for 1 hour each week at a health care facility near your home. Contact us to set up volunteer orientation and a meeting with your dog. We look forward to meeting your 4-legged best friends.

Transitions Hospice provides end of life care to patients and their families. Patients receive comfort care provided by a team of skilled nurses, aids, social workers, chaplains and volunteers.
