A Volunteer Interpreter will provide valuable assistance for patients and staff in translating language and written communication. The volunteer's bi or tri-language skills may be required throughout the hospital including patient care units.
The Language Interpreter should be fully bi-lingual in English, Cantonese, Spanish and Russian. The written translation volunteer opportunity also requires full bi-lingual ability to read and write.
The advanced Language Interpreter may assist in culutral competency reviews and assessments.
