Thank you for your interest in volunteering. You are welcome to come work with us in an upbeat, friendly office environment. Hospice provides services for those who are terminally ill. This opportunity is for Bereavement Counseling Volunteers.

Silverado Bereavement Volunteers provide telephone counseling to families and loved ones following the death of a Silverdo patient. In addition, they may help with mailings and various projects, all with the support and guidance of the Silverado Bereavement team.

Currently we are open during business hours - Mon -Fri. 9 am-5pm. We are looking for volunteers to come in any time. We are flexible. You may come in 1x per week or as much as you would like.

Our goal is for you to have a wonderful experience volunteering. In addition, as long as you are responsible and hard working we give great job references and or recommendation letters.
