True Light Family Resource Center is a non-profit that helps homeless or at risk women and children in Mid Town Kansas City, MO. As a hostess in our day shelter you would have the opportunity to love these women and children. You would greet and interact with the ladies and other volunteers, help serve meals, encourage the ladies to participate in activities, assist with personal needs.

Description
True Light Family Resource Center is a 501C3 organization founded in order to contribute to the well-being of our community. We see ourselves as the neighborhood organization that is ready with information, emergency assistance, and a varirty of empowerment activities, all delivered with a personal interest in those who come through our doors. We facilitate access to health clinics, job search, housing, emergency shelters, recovery programs, and schools.
