Grace Hospice is looking for compassionate people to provide companionship to our patients in the Mt. Healthy area.
Make a huge difference in the time at arguably one of the most important life events. Volunteers can read to, sing and listen to music with, play games, watch movies with, participate in activities with patients at the facility.
Provide a few hours a week and really make a difference. The return is limitless.

Hospice is the only health care system that mandates the involvement of volunteers. This reflects the history of the hospice movement in the United States, which started as an all-volunteer system.
Hospice is designed to provide comfort care as well as spiritual and emotional support in the final phase of a terminal illness. At HarmonyCares, we focus on enhancing the quality of life and our volunteers play a key role in our mission. The hospice philosophy reaches beyond the physical needs of a patient and ensures that a patient spend their final days in comfort and with dignity.
HarmonyCares Hospice volunteers are as diverse as our professional staff. Compassion and caring are the hallmarks of any great hospice volunteer, and their involvement are a vital part of our team.
