Adopt A Book has provided over 160,000 new and gently used children's books to over 100 organizations/schools/hospitals that serve children in need. We are interested in building the school and personal libraries of students within the City of Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. If you are interested in hosting a book drive within your community, we would welcome your donation of books. Our goal is to inspire a love of reading among kids by helping to build their personal libraries at home as well as access to books away from home.

We are a charitable organization that is dedicated to providing new and gently used books to kids in need throughout Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.
Description
Adopt A Book was started in 11/11 by then 8 year old twins, Hannah and Alexander. They are avid readers and love books. After reading an article about a local school not able to fulfill the need of books to their students, Hannah and Alexander wanted to change that. Since 11/11, they have collected and donated over 160,000 books to children in need. There are many schools that have empty libraries and children who do not own a book of their own within our city. If you would like to help a child own a book of their own, we would welcome your support.
