Lincoln Animal Ambassadors (LAA) is currently in need of volunteers to help respond to daily phone requests. This can be done from the comfort of your own home (in Lancaster County, Nebraska) on your own computer and telephone. 2 - 4 hours per week. Must have access to a computer and the internet. Will train. The organization is also in need of periodic assistance for 1 hour shifts each week to work at the pet food bank during pickup times (evening). Periodic volunteers are needed for one-time fundraising events. Also in need of people with writing skills who like to work with social media, blogging, and our quarterly newsletter.
