We Honor Veterans
Gentiva Hospice is seeking Veterans who are able to offer companionship visits to fellow Veterans. Visits can be done in your own area as we have patients throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. Please join our team and help us provide support to our Veterans by offering companionship.
Families of Veterans also encouraged to apply. Must be 18 years or older.

Hospice is a compassionate, patient-centered approach to providing care for people at the end of life. Hospice care is focused on maintaining dignity, increasing quality of life and providing comfort, including pain and symptom management. Gentiva Hospice cares not only for patients, but offers support for their families as well.
