We engage marketing, technology, strategy, design, and HR management professionals on pro bono projects that benefit local nonprofits. Salesforce Account Directors Needed

The Taproot Foundation is currently recruiting Account Directors for our Salesforce Database projects. Account Directors are responsible for leading our projects, managing the high-level relationship with nonprofits, staffing and leading a team of consultants, and keeping a bird’s-eye view of the project. The Account Director also works closely with a Taproot Program Manager to track progress and resolve challenges to ensure the successful completion of each project.

A successful Account Director:

• Has 10 years of experience in high-level management of technical projects, particularly database projects
• Has managed leadership teams and led successful change efforts
• Has negotiated executive or board-level relationships
• Has Director, VP, or Partner-level experience
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce a plus, but not required

A Service Grant project requires a 3-5 hour commitment each week over the course of approximately 6 months. This opportunity is flexible enough to work around the schedule of a full-time job.
