Like the outdoors? Come walk, bike or use our electric Gem car to cover our beautiful 60 acres in Julius M. Kleiner Park. Or if you live closer to another park, let's talk about you "adopting" that park. We are looking for friendly folks for our Park Ambassador Program. Your presence keeps our parks pristine and assists guests with questions they may have about the amenities in the park.
In Julius Kleiner Park, shifts are three hours in length, 7 days a week. They begin at 10 am and run until dusk. The program runs from mid May, to the end of October, weather permitting. This is a great way to get some fresh air, make new friends, and give back to the community, all at the same time. Please join us!

Description
We offer a variety of volunteer opportunitie within Meridian Ciy Hall and the Parks and Recreation Department. We have consistent weekly tasks to keep you busy or the occasional special events such as parades, Community Block parties and many other fun outdoor events.
