Come to our Wellness Festival! Join our biggest fundraiser of the year - a stigma-free morning where everyone is welcome. We'll have live music, a Community Walk, certified 5K Run and a village of vendors at Shelby Park in Nashville.
You can help! This is a fun event with a festival atmosphere. We are expecting 700 people for our certified 5K, Walk and Village of Wellness vendors. We'll have live entertainment, prize drawings, and awards.
Things you can help with
- Signage for parking and 5K
- 5K & Parking monitors
- T-shirt folding party and order fulfilment (one week prior)
- Chipping Runners and Retrieving Chips
- Truck Loading (Afternoon Before)
- Village Volunteers
- 5K Start/Finish
- Pals with Paws dog hosts
- Layout run and walk courses in the early morning of the race
- Set up tables and tents for vendors and sponsors
- Keep the pledge momentum going on Twitter and Facebook
- Help with breakdown and return of loaned property

Peace of Mind. That's what we strive for at NAMI Davidson County. We are the direct provider of NAMI services in Music City, Nashville, Tennessee. We focus on mental wellness with a positive and innovative approach as we support people through the lifespan who are challenged everyday by mental health issues. We believe in helping each person live to their potential in mental wellness. Join us as we combine good work with compassion and a healthy sense of good humor. There is life after diagnosis and we offer supports and direction to resources to assist people with lived ecperience and their loved ones.
