Family Centers’ network of preschool classrooms located in Greenwich is looking for volunteers to share their special talents with our children!
We are looking for volunteers to lead the children in activities around sports, music and movement, and arts/crafts/theater. Volunteers would host a group activity for between 15-20 children ages 3-5 years old. The activity should last for 30 minutes and take place once a month. Wtih multiple locations in Greenwich, we encourage interested volunteers to contact us to discuss the specifics of their talent and how it would best fit with our school's needs. A personal interview and background check are required for this position. The minimum age to volunteer in this program is 15.

Our NAEYC accredited preschools, school-based social work, parental education and adolescent counseling services, give families the resources they need to ensure their children have the bright beginnings they deserve. A comprehensive network of counseling and support services is also instrumental in helping families in crisis work toward a successful resolution. Vocational training, housing resources, counseling and self sufficiency programs also help low-income people and those with long-term mental illness realize their dreams of living independently.
