Are you interested in getting exercise, learning a new sport and helping underserved Oakland youth all at once? If you love sports or have prior coaching experience and want to bring your skills to help underserved Oakland youth, this is the perfect position for you! Join us on Monday through Friday afternoons or Saturday mornings to help offer squash lessons and healthy fitness opportunities to Oakland middle schoolers. You'll love working with our enthusiastic and curious students!

Mission Statement
SquashDrive is an after school enrichment program serving Oakland youth. Our mission is to promote academic, athletic, and personal growth through a program of squash instruction, individual academic support/tutoring, health and fitness instruction, and community service.
Description
Team members participate in SquashDrive activities three hours a day, three days a week throughout the school year. The squash program consists of on-court instruction and practices at Berkeley and Active Sports in Oakland in addition to team matches and fitness training. The SquashDrive academic program focuses on individualized homework help and academic enrichment. The SquashDrive community service program provides our students the opportunity to build community pride and involvement through a range of volunteer outings. Each SquashDrive team member will participate in a minimum of fifteen hours of community service per year.
